Project Background

As Qonto expanded its offerings, the mobile app began to feel cluttered and inconsistent, making it challenging for users to locate and utilize the full range of features. This project was initiated to streamline the user experience and incorporate modern design trends that resonate with our target audience.

Create a scalable mobile app that enables Qonto to introduce new products and boost the productivity of SMEs and their increasingly diverse users.

The redesign needed to address several critical issues:

  1. Feature Discoverability: Many valuable features were underused because users were either unaware of them or couldn't easily access them.
  2. Inconsistent User Interface: The rapid addition of features over the years resulted in a lack of cohesion across different parts of the app.
  3. Complex Navigation: The use of specialized fintech jargon made navigation confusing and less intuitive for new and existing users.
