Improving conversion rates by better leveraging our partnership network and facilitating account creation.

Context & Vision


To open a company in France, you need to deposit your capital at a bank. Qonto offered such service already and was one of the first banks to offer it online, however many clients already register with other SaaS to start the legal process of creating their business.

Qonto already had a partnership with one of these systems that wasn’t automized at all. Users had to go through the lengthy process of filling their personal and company information twice on two different platforms without any facilitated transition.

In this feature, we enabled a modular onboarding flow allowing our partners to integrate with Qonto posting user's data automatically and enabling a seamless company creation flow.

Problem statement


Leads generated by our partners struggle to find their way to our platform from theirs, impacting conversion and future partnership prospects.

Half of the lost leads generated by our partners never make it to our platform and are never contacted by our customer service. We currently have multiple partners relying on this feature.
